Vic: Triple murderer Dupas handed third life jail term=3
"You have no remorse for the terrible crime of the murder of Ms Halvagis - none," Justice
Cummins told Dupas.
"You have no prospect of rehabilitation - none.
"You do not suffer from any mental illness. Rather, you are a psychopath driven by
a hatred of women."
Justice Cummins paid tribute to the Halvagis family, thanking them for their dignity
throughout the painful proceedings.
"You are a fine family," he said.
