Qld: Stuttle committal hearing resumes today
BRISBANE, Jan 13 AAP - A committal hearing for the man charged with murdering British
backpacker Caroline Stuttle will resume today at the Bundaberg Magistrates Court.
The hearing began last September but was adjourned after three days.
Ian Douglas Previte, 31, is facing charges of the robbery and murder of Ms Stuttle
at Bundaberg, 350km north of Brisbane, on April 10, 2002.
Ms Stuttle's body was found below the Burnett River Bridge after she had gone into
the city centre to phone home to England.
