Vic: Bracks dampens hopes of quick end to building strife
Premier STEVE BRACKS has dampened hopes that talks between builders and unions tomorrow
will resolve industrial strife threatening to shut down construction in Victoria.
He says the warring parties in the unions' campaign for a 36-hour week and better pay
are far apart.
